Privacy Policy

Attune is a strength Pilates programme for women whose hormones have made their bodies unpredictable. It is operated by its founder, based in the United Kingdom.

If you have any questions about how we handle your data, or would like to request its deletion, please contact us at hello@attunemethod.co.uk. We will always respond within 48 hours.

When you request a place, we collect only:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The hormonal conditions you tell us you are working with

That is everything. We do not ask for your weight, your measurements, your goals, your medication or your medical history.

Attune is not yet open. Right now your details do one thing: they let us write to you when the first places become available.

The conditions you share also tell us who Attune is being built for, which shapes the programme before it launches. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not market to third parties, and we do not profile you.

Your application data is submitted through our website, which is hosted on Netlify. Netlify is our form processing partner and acts as a data processor on our behalf — they store form submissions securely and transmit them to us. You can read Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

We retain what you send us for 12 months from the date you submit it, after which it is deleted. If Attune has not launched by then, or you have not joined, your details go.

You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time, and we will.

Nobody. We do not sell, share, rent or trade your personal data with any third party, ever. Your health information is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other organisation.

The only exception is Netlify, who process your form submission as described above. They are bound by their own privacy policy and GDPR obligations.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request that we correct any inaccurate data
• Request that we delete your data entirely
• Withdraw your consent to us holding your data at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@attunemethod.co.uk. We will respond within 48 hours and action any request within 30 days.

This website sets no cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no analytics that identify you.

If we make any material changes to how we handle your data, we will notify you by email before those changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.
